This exciting position is responsible for the safety and support required by youth and other residential support staff.
What you will be doing to make a difference. - Supervise direct care staff
- Conduct or assist in training and evaluating staff
- Maintains safety and security of youth at all times
- Implement and supervise appropriate activities for youth
- Supports youth with developing daily living skills
- Forms therapeutic relationships with youth by engaging in daily activities in the milieu
- Completes all required paperwork within program guidelines for quality and timeliness
- Required On-Call Rotational Shifts

Schedule: Full Time: 4 evenings on and 3 days off. .Requirements: Credentials/Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree in Human Services field or related field preferred 1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred Residential experience required Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DCF) preferred Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques
