The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day efficient operation of the residential program. This position oversees the annual program budget that relates to clients' wellbeing. The House Manager sets the tone for the program milieu, and is responsible for the internal clinical direction of the program.
What you will be doing to make a difference - Devises shift schedules for all staff, approves time-off, and ensures shifts are fully covered
- Supervises all shift supervisors; when supervisor is unavailable will fill in, as necessary
- Assists Program Director in developing staff trainings
- Assists in developing and staffing milieu activities and therapeutic groups
- Schedules inspections that are required by EEC license and ensures that all inspection certificates are up to date
- Transports youth to school, recreational activities and other appointments
- Responsible for the program's menu/nutrition
- Able to participate in de-escalation and physical interventions of adolescent clients
- On-Call Responsibilities

****Sign On Bonus of $1000***** .Requirements:Credentials/Qualifications - Bachelor's level degree and/or minimum of 3 years residential experience
- Preferred 2 years supervisory experience
- College level writing and computer skills
- Able to learn, carry out and become CPI certified in physical interventions and de-escalation techniques
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
- MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
- Valid MA driver's license
- Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprinting
