Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance work on the building grounds and equipment.
- Maintains and repairs plant structures and machines, electrical systems, heating systems, air conditioning units, sprinkler systems, ventilating systems, and plumbing.
- Performs carpentry, masonry, welding, sheet metal work, millwright work, and other maintenance work as needed.
- Paints structures or equipment as needed.
- Keeps machines and work area clean.
- Performs work in accordance with instructions and schedules.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.
- Conduct PM's as assigned.
Qualifications
Two years experience working on the field a must or graduated from a vocational/technical School as well as pass the general maintenenace test.
- Basic math and English skills.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Able to read prints and specs.
