Overview
Klein Tools has an exciting contract opportunity located out of Mansfield, TX partnering with our Talent Acquisition team! We are look for a Contract Sourcing Specialist to help build talent pipelines and identifying potential candidates through recruitment and industry sourcing and cultivating relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Engage, screen and coordinate with candidates utilizing LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and the Applicant Tracking System and understanding hiring needs and positions specifications.
2. Partner with recruiting team members to generate ideas, leverege resources to help create an innovative sourcing strategy.
3. Monitor, Analyze and Report on market data and candidates in process to ensure calibration and a competitive strategy.
4. Support recruitment team needs by reviewing active candidate applications against job requirements, utilize screening questions to qualify candidates for positions.
5. Conduct phone screens with passive and active candidates to determine qualifications within an appropriate timeline.
6. Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
7. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System (iCims Perferred) and Microsoft Office
Minimum of 3 years as a Sourcing Specialist or equivelant Role
HS Diploma or GED
Must be available to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
