Responsibilities
We're Hiring! Revolution Company is looking for multiple Line Attendants to join our team in Oakdale, MN. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Sustain productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.
- Package all products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
- Work with packers to keep their production lines running.
- Responsible for startup and shut down of production line.
- Be able to pack bags, operate punch press, observe rolls for splices and changes, and apply inspection stamp to all cartons of product.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts that require every other weekend availability.
- Essential reading and writing skills are required.
- Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Able to lift to 100lbs with assistance.
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
