As a full-service provider of customized and integrated solutions, we work closely with our clients, carefully managing their facilities so they don't have to. We're looking for an entry-level person to assist in the integrated facility management activities in Cincinnati Ohio Metro Area for an education client. This position will report directly to the Site Lead. Responsibilities:In a typical week you may:- Servicing client in a friendly customer service-oriented manner
- Perform minor maintenances and troubleshooting
- electrical repairs, including replacement of bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures
- minor HVAC PMs; replace filters, and repairs
- minor plumbing. repairs
- troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining the client interior and exterior of the property daily to always provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
- Housekeeping duties as required:
- Trash removal from common area rooms, i.e. (classrooms, lunch areas, office, and restrooms)
- Sweeping and mopping and another floor care activities
- Dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces as required
- Other activities as required and assigned
Requirements:- Have excellent Customer Service
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years related experience
- Familiarity with CMMS software a plus
- Can complete required safety classes
- Must complete a satisfactory background and drug screen
- Must complete a satisfactory FBI and Ohio BCSI fingerprint check
- Have a Valid Drivers license, and be legally able to operate a motor vehicle
