PMI, an employee-owned company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a property in Mechanicsburg. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with residential maintenance including light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting etc. This position is also responsible for landscaping/grounds. Up to $19.00/hr. to start depending on skills and experience. A valid PA drivers license and reliable and insured transportation is required for daily duties and on-call rotation.
