Description: SUMMARY: To provide customers with an excellent experience through non-pressured selling process. Listen to their wants and needs, then advise them of their options. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist customers with buying decisions
- Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements
- Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
- Present and sell other value-added options
- Write deals to present to Sales Manager
- Maintain regular follow up with both sold and unsold contacts
- Utilize CRM system to manage contacts and follow ups
- Perform feature, function and benefit demonstrations to customers
- Work with other Hilltop Camper and RV departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality
- Help maintain dealership's online presence (photos, videos, and product descriptions)
- Help maintain and ensure display inventory is showroom ready
- Various other duties as required for Hilltop's business needs
Requirements: - Reliable, professional, respectful, and courteous at all times
- Computer Proficient
- Must have valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
- Thorough and take pride in your work
- Self-directed; needing minimal supervision and direction
- Capable of working with others as a team
- Excel in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Able to be on your feet all day, preforming physical work, in both hot and cold conditions
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs on occasion to demonstrate product
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strict adherence to Hilltop Camper and RV's company policies, as written in the Company Handbook
