Position Available: Community Support Specialist (Full-Time) HIRING BONUS Assists consumers with maintaining his/her employment status and works with employers to provide ongoing supportive services to promote job retention and advancement, consistent with each persons abilities and vocational aspirations. Assists the consumer with developing and enhancing his/her essential life skills and monitor progress as outlined by goals identified by team. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and proof of up to date auto insurance. Prior experience working with individuals that have developmental disabilities is not required but preferred.
