• Perform product-related financial analysis, internal research, customer research, and develop business case scenarios and models. These business case scenarios and models will be used to quantify the financial opportunity, as well as evaluate the business, technical, and systems feasibility, of such opportunities
• Explicitly define the business requirements for enhancements to existing products/services, as well as new products/services, of strategic and/or tactical importance to ARC and its carrier and strategic partner stakeholders.
• Construct business application prototypes and work process tools using available technology such as MS Access, Excel, etc. to satisfy business process improvements or fill an automation need until a production solution can be justified and built.
• Coordinate and track new product implementations, product enhancement implementations, and process improvements of strategic and/or tactical importance to ARC
• Aggressively pursue, gain, and maintain a robust knowledge of products and services provided by ARC and various entities throughout the travel industry, as well as key stakeholder issues. Tenaciously apply this knowledge in support of innovative business solutions and enhancements.
• Conduct on-going analysis of the business, operating practices, and process flows of ARC products in order to establish product processes and identify improvement opportunities that are aligned with the strategic objectives of ARC.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data profiling and data analysis to investigate and validate data accuracy and manage data quality improvements
• Experience discovering and defining functional requirements and transforming them into technical requirements and solution definition
• Advanced knowledge of databases/SQL and BI report development
• Must be able to develop knowledge of our customers and users and be able to apply that to manage new and existing products and services
