Job Details

Assist the Processing Management Team in the building of the team, by being an example of revealing Christ to all staff, donors, and customers.

Assist the Processing Management Team in receiving, presorting, pricing and other management of donations.

Partners with Processing Management Team, to establish and maintain customer service standards in order to ensure pleasant donation experience for each donor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required. Two to three years experience in retail or related experience preferred.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. There is light to moderate physical activity on a daily basis, with occasional strenuous activity on the retail floor. Must be able to use hands to type, handle documents and money, stock shelves and clean. Store is well-lit, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor retail or office setting with adequate ventilation.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Full Time Monday Saturday, minimum of 35 hours per week and maximum of 40 hours per week.

Part Time Monday - Saturday, maximum of 29 hours per week.
