Warranty Service Representative
We are seeking an energetic professional, who is detail oriented and self-motivated to take on the responsibilities of a Warranty Service Representative.
The Warranty Service Representative is the liaison between customers and vendors during the warranty process. Gathering all information, procuring authorization for service, coordinate ordering parts/replacements, submitting invoices to vendors or customers, and follow up for payment. Data entry of claims and inventory into designated data systems Order and maintain internal inventory of parts. Coordinate communication between various vendors and customers, keep all parties informed and ensure timely resolution of warranty claims.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
2+ years of experience in a clerical/administrative/office position (Required)
2+ years of experience in Customer Service (Required)
Excellent organization, scheduling and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
