Responsibilities
1000.00 hire on bonus to join our team as a leader of a great team in a small town culture with a nationwide company. The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift. This position requires the This position will be a 12 hour shift from 5pm-5am on a continous schedule that will result in 14 days off a month, 3 day weekends every other weekend, equaling OT in a biweekly pay period. A Production Supervisor reports directly to the Production Manager. This is a HANDS ON position, you can expect to jump in and work with your team getting dirty, greasy and encouraging team morale and growth.
When able to the supervisor will lead LEAN projects, assist with HAZ ID's BRO's and developing SOP"s. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
