The Admin and Data Integrity Specialist is tasked with maintaining the accuracy of Realtor and Office records, making listing changes/corrections in the MLS database and the compliance of the Stellar Rules and Regulations. This position requires individuals that have a positive, professional and collaborative customer service oriented mindset that is committed to going the extra mile in order to assist our Stakeholders in our shared endeavor of providing world class service. The Admin & Data Integrity Specialist is an hourly, non-exempt, full -time, position that reports to the Admin and Data Integrity Manager. .Requirements:Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - All Divisions of the Department
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding questions on Memberships, MLS fees, MLS listings and compliance of MLS rules and regulations
- Manage multiple email folders in a timely manner
- Act as a point of escalation to review, research and respond to customer issues from other departments
- Maintain professionalism with vendors, customers, shareholder association staff, and staff at all times
- Must record all hours worked. If overtime is ever worked (over 40 hours) advanced approval is required from the department manager
- Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Additional Responsibilities for Each Division of the Department Are Listed Below (note that all members of the department are expected to complete the basic requirements of each primary essential job responsibility below) Data Integrity - Timely monitor and review listings to ensure compliance of Stellar Rules and Regulations
- Liaison for other departments and association staff as a subject matter expert of the Stellar Rules and Regulations
- Assist customers with understanding Stellar's Rules and Regulations, in a calm and professional manner

Education, Certifications, and Software - High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Previous real estate experience preferred
- Call Center Experience
- Compliance or Collections experience preferred
