Full Job Description Jacquet is a unique and custom processing center working in stainless steel and nickel alloys. We are looking for a CAD Programmer. Projects are primarily sheet metal designs that are forwarded to us for waterjet, plasma, saw, and laser cutting. Applicant will need to understand the fundamentals of sheet metal layout and design, account for allowable tolerances, and ultimately create flat pattern layouts for our machines. Applicant will be cross trained to nest parts for waterjet, plasma, and laser cutting utilizing Sigmanest X1 software. You will also support the sales staff with quoting projects. CAD Draftsmen Responsibilities and Duties may include: - Be proficient in 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor/SolidWorks
- Understand the fundamentals of sheet metal layout and design, and create flat patterns for laser, waterjet, bar and plate saw, and plasma cutting
- Training will be provided to nest parts utilizing Sigmanest X1 software
- Update size of remnant in company inventory system after jobs are cut from plate
- Assist with month end process by updating inventory reports
- May assist in locating and measuring plate occasionally
CAD Draftsman Qualifications and Skills: - 1+ year experience in AutoCAD 2D
- Sigmanest X1 - ability to learn
- Applicant must be drug free

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depends on experience Benefits: - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
