This is an in-house position with a commercial real estate developer offering comprehensive development services for a variety of commercial real estate projects in the United States. Responsibilities include working with other members of the legal team to assist and advise the company on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements. Responsibilities also include reviewing of title commitments and loan documents. Position requires: - Minimum of twenty four (24) months of full-time practice of law dedicated to commercial real estate development;
- J.D. Degree from an accredited U.S. law school (current license to practice law in the State of Texas strongly preferred).
**This position is intended for a junior attorney with two to three years experience and pay will be commensurate with this level of experience.
