PMI, an employee owned company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a large apartment community in Mechanicsburg. The ideal candidate will have prior residential maintenance experience including but not limited to light carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and appliance repair. We require a valid PA drivers license and reliable and insured transportation for daily duties and on-call rotation.
