- Thorough understanding and competency in project plan reading and comprehension along with specifications.
- Document missing or contradicting drawing information via RFIs, Daily Logs, photographs and As-Builts/record set of drawings.
- Experience in commercial construction environments, with healthcare/hospital build environments preferred.
- Establishes and maintains site safety plan and protocols, including site access, check-ins, orientations, and clearance.
- Leads daily/weekly toolbox talks with all trades along with coordination of JHA's and pre-task plans for all site activities.
- Ensure all team members (subs, architects, clients, visitors and SCC staff) are consistent and thorough in implementation of safety protocols
- Maintenance of a clean jobsite is imperative for safe, managed liabilities, productive, and quality outcomes.
- Positive, respectful, supportive, professional attitude and demeanor with all team members.
- Set and maintain project schedules; effectively communicate schedule expectations to Trade Partners (subs) and project team members and uses project schedule to actively commit resources weeks in advance.
- Direct and lead all field personnel to achieve project schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications
- Full documentation of daily activities in Project Daily Log (Procore) per SOP.
- Usage of Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Procore, Microsoft Office in daily operations and communication across project stakeholders
