Summary: Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining client's pool equipment by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

1. Manages seasonal open and closing of pools.*
2. Manages pool start ups and indoctrinations.*
3. Installs and repairs pools equipment.*
4. Handles winter cover measuring and installing.*
5. Handles employee training.*
6. Manages weekly service of contracts and plaster prepping.
7. Performs other duties as needed or requested.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises four employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Language Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as pool gallonage.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of automation equipment that connects to customer's devices.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid driver's license
• APSP service professional certification is helpful, but not necessary
