Summary: Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining client's pool equipment by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Manages seasonal open and closing of pools.*
- Manages pool start ups and indoctrinations.*
- Installs and repairs pools equipment.*
- Handles winter cover measuring and installing.*
- Handles employee training.*
- Manages weekly service of contracts and plaster prepping.
- Performs other duties as needed or requested.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises four employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of automation equipment that connects to customer's devices. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses: - Valid driver's license
