ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following: - Assemble menu items
- Prep all food items
- Package the menu items
- Portion control
- Proper holding and storage of all food items
- Take out the trash
- Assist in front-of-the-house operations as necessary
- Unpack and store incoming inventory orders
- Clean restrooms as needed
- Clean kitchen and storage areas
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Sweep and mop restaurant areas as needed
- Report to management when equipment is malfunctioning
- Pick up trash on the parking lot as needed
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of the assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following: - Walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception
- Basic math skills
