Client Experience Specialist

Job Location: Medina, OH

The Client Experience Specialist would be responsible for handling front office receptionist and administrative duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries and performs general clerical and customer service work in support of the staff. The position serves as the first point of contact with clients and provides assistance to individuals by responding to routine questions; providing general information; answering the main phone line; making appointment reservations; managing electronic calendars' and performing general clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and copying/scanning.

  • Welcome calls to both agents at escrow opening
  • Calls way through to check on experience to both agents
  • Follow up calls post-closingexperience rating from agents
  • Follow up with clients (buyers/sellers) sharing agent links for recommendations/reviews
  • 1-year anniversary card mailing to buyers with agent card inside
  • Thank you notes post-closing to agents
  • Setting up the TVs
  • Personalized experience (kids at signingcoloring books, small teddy bear) Future state special snacks (gluten free; nut free; favorite drinks)
  • Sending agent birthday cards
  • Recognizing agent milestones (anniversaries, births etc.)
  • Surprising agents with small gifts (i.e. buckets for kids)
  • Frames with photos at closings for buyers/sellers
  • Agent profile sheets
  • Social Media content on the applicable Joint Venture Page
  • Social Media content on the applicable Partner Joint Venture Page
  • Listing Books and other requested functions by the Partner
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma Required with 1-3 years of customer service-related experience.
  • Is pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or clients; treats others with honesty, fairness, and respect; displays a professional demeanor
  • Displays a willingness to work hard and seek out new challenges
  • Plans and prioritizes work to manage time effectively and accomplishes assigned tasks
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with others
  • Uses information technology and related applications to convey and retrieve information
