Account Manager Position Summary
In an Account Manager, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented and
self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company's
An Account Manager will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed upon payment plans,
helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities:
Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding accounts
Contact references on expired accounts
Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
Handle field collections and de-installations
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Complete 25 calls per hour
Valid state driver license with a clean driving history
Pass drug screen and background check
Flexible work schedule
Stand for long periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
Professional Proficiency in English
Prior experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, rent
to own, automotive sales is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.
