As we remain very busy during this time of uncertainty, we are looking to add an Service Sales Account Manager to our team.

Growth, Support and Established Territories and Client Base

As a Service Sales Account Manager, for our world class service organization, you will focus on leading the sales efforts through your ability to create both internal and external relationships and present value of a non-tangible product such as Machine Tool Service contracts.

You will leverage internal relationships with Sales Engineers, Field Service Managers, Builders, Customer Service Associates, Technical Support Specialist, and Field Service Engineers to be part of the sales cycle as new projects are identified in any one of our 16 office nationally. Additionally, you will use your sales acumen to prospect and establish customer relationships with existing clients.

This is a prime opportunity for a sales professional to hone their sales techniques and position them for possible larger role selling capital equipment as a Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities

The following is a summary for this newly created role along with a list of the expected duties:

Prospect and establish customer relationships with respect to Service Products by leveraging key account capital equipment expenditures as opportunities to promote and sell services. Maintain an acceptable market presence through dedicated customer visits and building customer relationships. Maintain electronic database consisting of customer information, Equipment Lists, Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals, and ESAs Ellison Service Agreements. Increase existing service market share within the assigned territory. This position will work with Sales Engineers, Field Service Managers, Builders, Customer Service Associates, Technical Support Specialist, and Field Service Engineers to grow the Renewable Service Agreement value and Demand Service Revenues. Primary responsibility is Service Agreement Commercialization, Renewals, and Expansion of Services provided by Ellison Technologies Service Organization.

Essential Duties:

  • Interface with Internal and External Customers to promote Service Products and grow the Service Business.
  • Maintain 30-60-90 day forecast of service opportunities that will potentially close.
  • Track service quotes, service proposals, and Ellison Service Agreement wins and losses.
  • Assist with Commercialization, Approval and Renewal of all ESAs (Ellison Service Agreements).
  • Drive Demand Repair growth.
  • Drive Critical Spares and Parts growth.
  • Participate in Ellison Technologies Sales Training Program.
  • Reach Reoccurring Revenue Goals and other Service Sales metrics as assigned.
  • Prepare weekly reports, presentations for management as required.


Qualifications

We expect the right candidate will have a minim of 2 years of sales experience, focusing on service or similar intangible products.

Ideally you will bring exposure to the manufacturing space, including CNC machines, however this is not necessary
