The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with three or more years of experience. Civil litigation experience with a focus on hospitality, retail and/or construction is preferred, but it is not required. The position requires strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Prior experience with drafting motions, conducting depositions, and participating at hearings is preferred. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Florida.
