The Miami office of Lydecker|Diaz is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 - 3 years of civil litigation experience. Attorneys with experience in the following practice areas: professional liability, employment discrimination, general liability is preferred. Qualified candidates must possess strong legal writing and research skills, excellent advocacy experience, strong academics and ability to work well in a team environment. Candidates should also be highly organized, motivated, experience in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Associate will gain valuable experience in handling and litigating cases from inception through Trial in both Federal and State Court. Bilingual preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package.
