Job Summary: The Administration will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support for the company to achieve its goals. Duties / Responsibilities: - The Administration should complete office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
- The Administration should assist teammates with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required
- The Administration should prepare agendas, make travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management
- The Administration should oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution
- The Administration should maintain office supplies inventory
- The Administration should maintain records, documentation, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files
- The Administration should support daily operations via dispatching, field work and other duties as necessary
- The Administration should perform other related duties as assigned

- Education and Experience:
- The Administration should have at least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: - The Administration should have valid driver license, to operate company equipment/vehicle
Physical Requirements: Key: Rarely (0-20%), Occasionally (21-50%), Frequently (51-80%), and Continuously (81-%) - Occasional standing, walking and sitting

Work Environment This position generally requires 8 hours a day, if not sometimes more depending on the project. The workweek is Monday-Friday and occasionally on weekends/nights depending on the need for the company. This position requires work in an office setting but would require some time out on the job site in different types of weather. The location of this position will be listed on an offer letter
