The Jacksonville office of Kubicki Draper has an immediate need for a First Party and PIP Associate with 2+ years of insurance defense first party and/or PIP experience. Candidate must have strong communication skills, research and writing skills, excellent work ethic, as well as the ability to develop and execute pre-trial approaches, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively.
