Clinical Staffing Liaison

CareerStaff is partnering with Prolucent to find a Clinical Staffing Liaison in its Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for a large New England healthcare system. This position will be based out of Dallas, TX. This role will work closely with client's nursing leadership and staffing department to ensure total client satisfaction with contingent nurse staff. This position is the perfect opportunity to join a growing, disruptive leader in the space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with nurse staffing in an MSP or similar strategic account.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Act as a liaison between client nursing department stake holders and staffing agencies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with all contingent nursing staff.
  • Work closely with nursing department to obtain updates on jobs orders, candidate submissions, interviewing, hiring and assignment of providers.
  • Oversight of open contingent nursing needs and candidate submissions from agency recruiters to ensure the highest quality candidates are being matched to open positions.
  • Enter new users into the Vendor Managements Systems (VMS) if applicable and set up user profiles.
  • Monitor activity within the VMS daily to ensure that all interviews have been accepted and confirmed and that all candidate offers are being processed in a timely manner.
  • Review candidate paperwork to ensure compliance with all program requirements.
  • Work with Prolucent invoicing team to audit timecards on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy in provider pay and client billing. Work to quickly resolve any payroll, billing and system issues to help guarantee timely reimbursement of services.
  • Assist client with initial onboarding and provide support for nurses on assignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted nurses, clients, agencies and the Prolucent team.
  • Proactively identify challenges travelling nurses may encounter and assist with resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Nursing or clinical background preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar or highly-related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Client focused, and strong ability to multi-task and work independently.
