PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES - Able to stay awake throughout the entire shift
- Able to follow appropriate procedures outlined by program for conducting bed checks
- Ensures all youth are accounted for throughout the overnight shift
- Supports youth with developing daily living skills
- Maintains the safety, cleanliness, and physical appearance of the facility
- Implements interventions associated with treatment and service plan goals
- Participates in de-escalation and physical interventions of youth when required
- Drives youth to school, appointments, and recreational activities
- Attendance must be regular, reliable, and punctual
- Maintains an acceptable driving record
- Implements and adheres to the behavioral support system of the program
- Dispenses medication in accordance with proper protocol, policies and procedure

Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 11p-7a
.Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's level degree in Human Services field or related field preferred
- 1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred
- Residential experience working awake overnight preferred
- Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DCF) preferred
- Additional languages desirable, though not required
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques
- Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
- MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
- Proficient writing and computer skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprinting
- Must be at least 21 years old to be considered for the position
