The Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its expanding health care practice. With over 50 offices nationwide, the Firm's health care practice is one of the largest and most prestigious in the nation. We continue to grow in the Dallas office and are looking for candidates with previous experience representing health care providers in medical malpractice and/or State Board matters. Minimum requirements for this position include civil litigation or Board experience, credentials from an ABA approved law school, and a current license by the TX State Bar. Responsibilities will include case investigation, handling discovery, drafting and responding to motions, attending hearings, working with experts, drafting reports and attending trial or Board hearings.
