Service Tech: All American Shutters & Glass has been protecting homes in South Florida since 1996. We have earned our stellar reputation and are looking to add to our manufacturing team. We are a high volume, established shutter company looking for full-time Service Technician. We offer a competitive benefits package after 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Tie workflow to schedule Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Document processes Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Build positive relationships with customers Requirements Experience necessary in troubleshooting hurricane protection product line Valid driver's license (only minor traffic violations will be accepted) Pass background check Own transportation to/from work Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy & dynamic team environment Willing to work overtime when required Proven field service experience Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment English literacy Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Familiarity with mobile tools and applications Follow production guidelines and specifications ***NO PHONE CALLS OR WALK-INS ACCEPTED***
