Cyclonaire is currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our team. The Cyclonaire Project Engineer performs engineering design evaluations and provides technical support to design staff, project managers, and application engineers. They prepare engineering designs and work specifications, while contributing toward the more complex aspects of a project.
The Project Engineer must possess a strong understanding of 3D modeling as well as 2D drawing software, which is essential and necessary to provide assistance to design staff, project managers, and external customers. Excellent problem-solving skills are required. You will need to be able to support your design decisions and material choices with engineering calculations/data. Your role will also require you to perform working calculations relating to design solutions, and as such, a knowledge of the mechanics of design is a fundamental requirement to perform this job. Strong communication skills are required to work between multiple departments to satisfy internal and external customer needs.
