Radians is a fast growing, dynamic company with ever increasing levels of complex Logistics needs. We are looking for the right person to enhance and expand our logistics program through innovation, initiative and process implementation.

A leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, logistics, and U.S. Customs function including:

• Establish a highly efficient and cost effective global distribution strategy
• Managing inbound freight strategy
• Compliance with all import/export industry regulations
• Compliance with Customs Filings-Electronic
• Implementation with Duty Drawback
• Experience with FTZ and Bonded Warehouse procedures
• Develop and maintaining policies and procedures
• Coordinating with overseas manufacturing, container bookings
• Managing an import tracking system
• Identify and Monitor key quality metrics ( On time shipments ) to drive improvement
• Managing inventory at 3rd party locations both overseas and domestic

Areas of experience/skill/expertise desired include but not limited to:

• Establish CTPAT application and compliance program
• NAFTA compliance and certification
• Establish Duty Drawback processing program
• HTS Validation
• Freight Forwarding/ Container planning
• Freight cost negotiations
• Customs claims and rulings
• In-house brokerage clearance
• Direct ocean contracts
• Other duties as assigned

• 7+ years of importing experience
• Knowledge and strong experience managing global carriers
• In-depth knowledge of US and International customs compliance with regards to import/export regulations. International trade certification preferred ( IEI or similar )
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Strong systems aptitude
• Bi-Lingual-English/Chinese a plus
• Collaborative approach
