What You'll Do:

Reach or exceed assigned sales goals through developing and executing a cold calling / marketing strategy to targeted prospects for both mid- and enterprise-level markets:
  • Though you are supported by an inside sales team, you will mine existing clients for referral business and work within your market area to develop leads and contacts for new business sales
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Connect customers' business needs with OutMatch's software solutions
  • Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Update all prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with other sales team members on closing deals

What You'll Need:
  • A goal-oriented and ambitious approach to your market, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas - HUNTER mentality towards bringing new clients to OutMatch
  • Ability to handle cold calling with an assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
  • Effective communication through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Organized, with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • A mature and self-confident approach to building relationships with enterprise-level prospects and clients
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Strong work ethic
  • Committed to building a career path
  • Experience in recruiting or technology sales, especially HR technology sales, is a plus
