About This Career Opportunity

Working closely with the CFO, this position manages the financial operations of Elder Care Alliance including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, billing, account reconciliations, consolidated financial statement preparation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures. Position oversees financial and reimbursement audit processes and special projects as assigned.

Are You Qualified?

Knowledge and Skills
  • Client/customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Excel and MS Office.
  • In-depth experience with multiple application accounting software. .
  • Knowledge of Medicare Cost reports and governmental billing requirements.
  • FASB and GAAP in a multi-entity environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • CPA or CMA required.

  • Five plus years as Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.
  • Experience in managing general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, consolidations and normal closing activities.
  • Familiarity with billing and accounts receivable in a medical facility setting highly desirable.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and budgets.
  • Experience with external audit procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in all phases of financial operations.
