Anchor Insurance is a growing leader in the property and casualty insurance industry. We are currently searching for an Alternative Dispute Adjuster for our corporate office in St. Petersburg, FL. We are looking for a team player who is a self-starter, detail oriented, customer focused and can multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Handle and process home insurance claims
Evaluate closed home insurance claims for quality assurance
Handle property claims involving damage to buildings and structures
Verify that coverage applies through an insurance policy
Evaluate damages to ascertain compensation amount
Examine photographs and statements
Listen to or watch audio or video surveillance
Record data and statements in report
Negotiate with claimant to settle claim
Issue payout amounts
Negotiate with public adjusters, vendors, and attorneys on closed claims.

Experience in Claim Coverage and Policy interpretation
Proficient in the use of Xactimate and XactAnalysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong Organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree or 5 years of prior work experience as a desk adjuster
Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster License
