Description:
The Water & Energy Regional Service Group Manager is an integral member of a large consulting engineering firm, responsible for managing and overseeing operations and projects within the Water & Energy Service Group of a designated region. The Water & Energy Regional Service Group Manager is a leader, responsible for supervising, developing, mentoring, and hiring staff. Additionally, the Water & Energy Regional Service Group Manager is responsible for marketing the firm's services, business development, budgeting, scheduling, project management, and design for water distribution and treatment systems, water facilities, wastewater facilities, and environmental projects. The Water & Energy Regional Service Group Manager possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering and a minimum of eight years of varied environmental work, with emphasis on boundary work and legal aspects, in addition to managerial/supervisory experience of the same. A Professional Engineer License for environmental in Pennsylvania is required with licensing in adjacent states desirable. Full working knowledge of SewerCad, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite required. Advanced knowledge of Wastewater Collection and Conveyance System, Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Distribution systems design required. Experience in PA Act 537 Plan Preparation also required. Qualifications include the ability to market services, develop and maintain client relationships; and budget and proposal preparation. A client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills is required. This position requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices. The Water & Energy Regional Service Group Manager has the legal right to work in the U.S.
