Duties:

Lead mission critical transformation projects to drive revenue growth, increase profitability and accelerate HERE’s business transformation; lead end-to-end customer life cycle management to drive revenue improvement and operational excellence; lead assessment of current finance processes and systems to optimize processes and / or upgrade systems; lead the central analytics team (improving KPIs and metrics tracking to drive results and accountability); set up best-in-class digital and analytics processes; work with third-party consultants on projects to improve organizational profitability; partner with internal functions, including Product & Technology, Customers, Engineering, Brand, and other G&A functions; strategize and plan for transformation of business model, product and/or platform; define and execute a strategic vision for Finance Transformation, operationalize mission critical initiatives to improve financial performance including revenue, profitability and valuation; perform written and oral presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including to C-suite executive leadership as well as technical SMEs; lead Customer Life Cycle Management to improve customer onboarding, recurring revenues and customer retention; set up best-in-class processes and center of excellence for analytics, KPIs and Metrics – to drive transformation and accountability; guide the strategy, architecture, and transformation of our financial systems leveraging industry best practices; lead and support critical cost improvement or cost transformation projects such as cloud spend, T&E, IT, hybrid work; partner with third-party consultants to identify industry best practices, analyze and evaluate best practices to determine an implementation plan at HERE; coordinate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analytical tools, including, customer segmentation, profitability analysis, and competitive cost analysis; lead the Finance Transformation team with a focus on talent management and skill development; keep HERE Management team and shareholders up to date on ongoing Transformation activities; play a key role in leading the supporting large scale transformation initiatives and integration activities across the organization; work with technical teams; lead and mentor teams; and ensure a high functioning organization with an emphasis on expertise, accountability, and cross functional collaboration.

Requirements:               

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience in business transformation, including organic strategy development and execution. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): company and business transformation for both industrial and enterprise companies, including data, software and technology-driven transformation; client-facing  transformation in global context; process and systems improvement in global context including digital tools; deploying KPIs to monitor and improve company performance; planning and execution for transformation of business model, profitability, product and/or platform; written and oral presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including to C-suite executive leadership as well as technical SMEs; qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and analytical tools to inform , customer segmentation, profitability improvement, and competitive cost analysis; working with product, technical and customer-facing teams; and leading and mentoring teams.
