Responsibilities:
Qualifying NDT equipment and processes to optimize quality of products. Establishing working instructions and procedures regarding NDT support. NDT inspections of welded and heat treated metal products.
Ultrasonic Testing, Electromagnetic Inspection/Eddycurrent Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penatrant Liquids Testing, Radiographic Testing, Statistical Analysis. Design and Implement NDT Tests. Decisions to be made as to whether to update and/or refurbish equipment or buy and install new equipment. Qualifying NDT equipment and processes to optimize quality of product. Establish work instructions and procedures regarding NDT support. NDT inspections of welded and heat treated products.
Qualifications:
Certified Level III Ultrasonic Testing, Electromagnetic Inspection/Eddy current Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penatrant Liquids Testing, Radiographic Testing. Experienced in Statistical Analysis, designing and implementing NDT Tests. PLC programming skills, SQL DB, SCADA. Experienced in qualifying NDT equipment and processes to optimize quality of products. Experience establishing working instructions and procedures regarding NDT support. Experienced in NDT inspections of welded and heat treated metal products. Supervisory experience. ASNT level III certification required.

Minimum BS degree
Compensation:
DOE (approximately $60K to $70K plus bonuses)
Reporting to Plant Quality Manager
