The candidate for this position is responsible for receiving, scanning and indexing residential closed loan packages. The candidate for the position will organize and ship final loan documents to investors. The candidate will be responsible for tracking and identifying missing trailing loan documents and researching resolutions including contacting title companies. The candidate for this position will organize and distribute department mail and serve as a department resource and backup for various post-closing duties.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), some college preferred. Strong computer and ten key skills, excellent customer service and communication skills required. Prior residential lending and/or administrative experience preferred. Good organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
