Description
RESIDENTIAL LOAN CLOSER II
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the completion of Residential Mortgage closing documents in order to ensure that all information is accurate and complete. The candidate will work to meet contract, underwriting and compliance regulations and requirements to produce closing packages for loans Nationwide. The candidate will request information from both external and internal sources, enter information into the Loan Origination System, and provide loan documents in advance for review and approval. Candidate will also review loan file documents and verify fees and charges on disclosures.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Lending required, waived in lieu of relevant title company closing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet departmental and Regulatory deadlines. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also required. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
