Description
CASH MANAGEMENT MANAGER
The candidate for this position will be responsible for directing the daily processing of Automated Clearing House (ACH) and wire transfer transactions for the bank by overseeing the Cash Management department, checking daily critical check points and calculations, compiling and issuing daily/monthly/quarterly reports as needed and prompting policy and procedural updates as necessary. The candidate will supervise the treasury management product support process, including new product setups and ongoing product maintenance.
Requirements for the position include an associates degree in a business-related field, a minimum of three years banking experience and two years supervisory experience. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred. Familiarity with bank operations, payments systems, and the regulatory environment of banking is required. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
