The candidate for this position will provide assistance to the Facilities and Safety and Security departments. The candidate will be assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing the mail to the correct locations. The candidate may also process and delivery supply orders, process incoming and outgoing packages and provide support to the Facilities department in all related facets. The candidate will also provide customer service at the front lobby desk and be asked to support Safety and Security by performing security alarm testing at branch locations. The candidate may also be responsible for escorting vendors throughout the headquarters and branch locations. The candidate for this position will have extensive communication with internal customers and vendors.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills and ten-key, and must maintain a valid Kansas drivers license. Prior receptionist or customer service experience and prior experience with Excel, specifically, creating and maintaining spreadsheets preferred. Prior experience working with a work order management system such as Track-it is preferred. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner is essential. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
