The candidate for this position will be responsible for managing, overseeing and monitoring residential post closing to ensure ongoing quality and compliance of loan files and salability of loans to investors and the secondary market. The candidate will be responsible for providing direction and support to post closing in order to enhance individual performance and achieve departmental objectives. The candidate will also oversee the packing and sales of all loan files in order to ensure that deadlines are met and agency guidelines are followed.
Requirements for the position include a Bachelors degree in a business related field, basic phone and typing skills. The candidate must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have a minimum of two years supervisory and customer service experience.
