The candidate for this position will work in a call center environment and will be responsible for assisting our mortgage loan borrowers with the servicing of their loan. The candidate will assist internal customers as it pertains to all aspects of mortgage loan servicing. In addition, the candidate will be cross-trained in order to assist in the Collection Department as needed.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate may be required to cross train in other areas of Loan Servicing as needed. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
