The candidate for this position must be sales oriented with a strong customer focus.The candidate will provide information for both external and internal customers as it pertains to all aspects of retail banking. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, communicating with customers to ensure that their questions and concerns have been answered.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong organizational abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year retail banking call center and/or retail banking experience with proficiency in problem solving and multi-tasking.The ability to work flexible and/or late hours is required.
