The candidate for this position will serve in support of the Corporate Secretary and Executive Administration. The candidate will be the administrator of the Banks wireless device plans, coordinate special projects for the area, manage department car and meeting reservations and oversee room set up for meetings and events. Other tasks include processing department invoices and expense reports as well as providing general administrative support.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong proficiency in data entry, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism required. Some late and/or flexible hours may be required.
