The candidate for this position will assist sales personnel with initiating treasury contracts and coordinating onsite treasury product implementations and training for clients. The candidate will follow-up with clients after training to ensure service features are working properly and billing on analysis is accurate and will maintain new commercial account setup standards and compliance documentation in Horizon. The candidate will also be responsible for learning sales call tactics, assisting the sales officer with general sales inquiries received by the department, and maintaining and assisting with the growth of the treasury portfolio by providing ongoing support for the Treasury Services department and identifying possible sales opportunities.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a bachelors degree in business related field preferred (may be waived in lieu of experience), a minimum of two years of financial services experience and a minimum of five years of experience working with the public or customer service. The position requires high attention to detail and organization, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
