Description:
The Fond du Lac Family YMCA is looking for a full-time Marketing and Business Development Director with managerial and marketing experience.
Details:
Responsibilities include: managing sales department, direct marketing plan, coordinate public relations, promote special events/campaigns, develop working relationships with outside organizations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous professional experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.
- Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
- Must have good interpersonal, public relations and communications skills, including the ability to make presentations and handle media inquiries.
- Organized and able to handle several tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to easily move through all program areas and effectively communicate and actively interact with internal and external customers.
