Job Details:

Solutions Architect for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to contribute and support a high-level solution Intent for given project or problem statement in form of architecture diagrams, models, constraints and principles; maintain architecture deliverables necessary to illustrate system behavior, including usage models, and cost of ownership models and failure analysis model; ensure that the solution is aligned with the technology strategy, uses standard solution building blocks and can be built and operated in an efficient manner aligned with economic value of the project; develop, analyze, split, and prioritize work required to implement the system’s non-functional requirements; provide technical oversight of implementation and keep it aligned with the solution intent; and establish responsibilities of major logical components of the solution in collaboration with other team members.

Requires:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Solutions Architect or related occupation in building solutions and applications across multiple technology areas or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Solutions Architect or related occupation in building solutions and applications across multiple technology areas. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and solutioning, with a focus on designing cloud-based solutions; Programming languages: Java, JavaScript (Node.js runtime), Python, and frameworks: Spring and AngularJS; Containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture, enabling efficient deployment, management, and scaling of containerized applications; API architecture, API management and REST API design; Perform tuning to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud-based applications and services; and must possess Google Cloud Certifications: Associate Cloud Engineer and Professional Cloud Architect.
